-> Candidate should be well versed with different testing phases which is
- Acceptance Testing
- GUI Testing
- Functional Testing
- Regression Testing
- System Testing
- Database Testing, knowledge on Database and can write queries

-> Candidate should have good exposure i.e. hands on knowledge on writing Test Scenarios and Test Cases.
-> Candidate should have good communication skills.
-> If Candidate has experience in interacting with client (foreign) then it is a plus point.
-> Is aware about CMM and ISO standards (Medium priority).
